This is the official Newsletter #1 from me and please pardon me if this is kinda long. Important matters will be discussed.

Yesterday all cash out requests was paid in a timely manner. Thank you to members who posted in forums and voted in monitors.
There are some members who did not request payouts and i think they want to save fees. But that was their choice so no problem about that. But there will be some changes which will be tackled later with this Newsletter.
I guess some of you who requested over 15% of the amount you deposited noticed that the extra amount was put back into your earning balance and your request amount was edited to have an exact amount of 15% weekly rebate. That is because i want to make sure that all received the same percentage of payout and to follow the Plans we have which is to credit members of rebate from Monday to Friday only.
Agenda #1-
I have some changes to make that will be implemented starting today in terms of AD Pack expiration and cashing out of earnings and referral commissions.
Today before the Server Time changes to Monday i will make some changes with the Advertising Plans. I will set the expiration of AD Packs to 5 days to cover Monday to Friday and the cash out will be automatically on pending status on the 5th day after surfing the required sites that corresponds with the Advertising Plan you are with. It means all members with active AD Packs will receive payout on Saturday. I will open the cash out button so you can request for your referral commissions daily.
Those who will join and buy AD Packs on Tuesday till Saturday that will surf the required sites will also get paid on Saturday with the full week rebate ranges from 12.5% to 17.5% depends on the Advertising Plan they choose.
I will do this until each AD Packs reaches 12th week which is the real expiration time of each AD Pack bought in Perpetual Shares.
Important notes to remember:
1. MUST SURF THE REQUIRED SITES, 10 FOR BUSINESS PLAN, 15 FOR CORPORATE PLAN AND 20 FOR ENTERPRISE PLAN, FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
2. NO SURFING ON WEEKENDS (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) EFFECTIVE TODAY.
3. REFERRAL COMMISSIONS CAN NOW BE REQUESTED DAILY.
4. PROCESSING OF ALL PAYOUTS INCLUDING THE REFERRAL COMMISSIONS IS WITHIN 24-72 HOURS.
Now to those who did not request payouts yesterday, you will receive the rebate for 2 weeks on Saturday.

Agenda #2-
Free members will be given a chance to upgrade their account within 7 days of joining by buying at least 1 AD Pack unit. On the 8th day if still not upgraded, their accounts will be deleted.
Am i too harsh? No. I just mean business. However those deleted members if they see the program is doing good and wants to join again, they can do so.
Agenda #3-
Let us now discuss the Contest that will start tomorrow, Monday.
It is Referral Contest #1.
How it works:
It will run for 2 weeks starting tomorrow, March 30th until April 10th. Announcement will be made on April 11. There are some twists added on it which will make it unique compared to the traditional Referral Contest.
Rules:
1. The member with the most number of active referred members with minimum 3 unit of AD Packs will receive $300 deposited directly into his/her Payment Processor.
2. That member mentioned in rule #1 must have at least 5 unit of AD Packs or he/she will be disqualified even if he/she meet rule #1 and the prize money will be given to the next member who meet both rules.
3. The member that meets rule #2 which have 10 referred members with minimum 2 units of AD Pack will receive $200 deposited directly into his/her Payment Processor. If no one reach this in the 2-week run of the contest, the prize money will be added into the next Referral Contest.
4. Monitor and Listing Admins are not qualified to receive the prize money. However, the Monitor/Listing Admin with the most referred member with minimum 2 AD Packs will receive 20,000 AD credits and a 468x60 Banner AD in the mainpage for 7 days.
5. That Monitor/Listing Admin must meet rule #2 also.

I would like to welcome all the new members.
First off I would like to inform everyone, that sometime on either April 3rd or 4th, the site will go offline for a server change, we are starting to use too much resources on the one we are on presently, so we have ordered and paid for a year to get a better server. The hosting company, said the change should be quick and should pose no DNS problems, when the time comes, we hope to do it right around 3 am server time, as that seems to be the lowest usage time, and will allow me to process all the site reports from the previous day, before the change.
All sites have either been approved or disapproved, so check your sites you have in rotation, and make sure they were approved, if they were not approved it should state why. Remember, the site must load, must not have sexually suggestive advertising associated with it, or must not have those annoying exit popups, that stop the rotator.
If you have any questions, or concerns, feel free to use the support ticket system, from your members area, or you can always call me +63 75 511 2851. Remember I am 12 hours ahead of EST, and am usually in the office from 11 pm to at least 2 pm EST. I do go out some times and run errands, so if no one answers that is the reason.

I would like to welcome all the new members.
As some of the members know, I had some problems with my internet connection and lost power at the office, earlier today and late yesterday my time. This will happen from time to time here in the Philippines, especially now that it is the time of year when we get electrical storms and heavy rains.
Rest assured, I have made provisions, just in case, I might lose power or internet connection, for an extended period of time. I have 3 different places throughout Luzon that I can go and stay and take care of any issues with the site.
There could come a time, when rebates may be posted late, or I cannot process payments, because of this. If that is the case, and I know in advance, that it may happen, I will post it in the asamonitor forum, or I do have one of the members phone number from here in the Philippines, and can call him to post it for me.
I will be sending another update later tonight, as I don't want the updates to be too long that no one reads them.

Live support is not as frequent as you want it to be, but we will get it back on rails soon. Maybe we will have to reschedule the timing and reduce the hours. In this update I want to start talking to you about weekends. Modern world has lost some habits that are good for health and mind, like take a nap after lunch or enjoy weekends with family and fellows. In the hyip world it's even hard, people think admins are bad guys, this way if they don't pay them within 24 hours or less they are fraudsters. I don't blame you member due this, I understand this part because I also didn't like when my payments delayed a little, what could mean problem. But please understand I pride my weekend the same way I pride quality in everything I do online of offline. See how is my week:
Monday to Friday: I work 8-9 hours per day on Live support, payouts, development, marketing as well as attending e-mails from members and other potential clients.
Saturday: I work 4-6 hours, it depends on how much work I have. In this day I support my members in the Live support tool, read e-mails, do payouts. I take the rest of day with personal issues out of online world.
Sunday: I usually don't work. On Sundays I normally take time with my family, and I'd appreciate if every member could understand it.
Let's go ahead, all payments are now up to date. I processed payments a few minutes ago, those who had pendings may already check e-currencies and will see fresh funds there. I thank those who understood that Sundays should be for rest. Today's Monday, I'm back to work, all payments done so let's talk about the new project.
The new autosurf
I want to tell you project is now 100% done, design is in place, script is ready. As many of you know, we believed our debit card provider was doing some internal maintenance, but we never exactly understood the specifics of what that meant. After speaking with the CEO of the provider, it is now apparent that it is not a situation of them doing some maintenance on their website, but that they are actually dealing with some internal restructuring. They are currently going through a shift in ownership, and working on how that shift will exactly take place. Now that we know exactly what the situation is, we feel it is imperative that we see the outcome of this change in ownership, and any possible changes in terms and conditions, before we feel comfortable continuing to do business with them. We have had a great relationship with them since the day we launched, and we still feel they offer a good product, but for the protection of our customers and our company we feel we need to see how this all works out before we can move forward with the new ownership.
There are a couple things that we need you to please keep in mind as this process works toward a conclusion:
First, we did a lot of research prior to launching StrictPay, to insure that we had a name brand debit card available from the very beginning. This entailed looking at many different providers, and comparing what each one had to offer and could provide for our projected growth. We chose the one that had the best combination of security, processing times, and customer service, but we did have a back up company standing by just in case. Over time, we realized that the current provider offered everything we needed, and we no longer kept in touch with the back up company.
Next, we know exactly what the start up time frame is if we choose to start over with an entirely different provider, and it will not be a quick process. The reason we worked so hard to make sure we had the right provider prior to launch is because we had to make sure we had everything in place well before the day we opened. There are a number of reasons many payment processors can not seem to get a debit card platform launched, and some of the most common reasons include length of time for startup, time consuming in depth background checks, and large initial investment costs.
Finally, we cannot in good faith continue sending the current provider anymore new debit card orders, or funds for existing cards, until we know for sure exactly what, if any, changes will occur with these ownership changes. They have assured us that things are going to remain exactly the same, but we cannot make a major business decision to move forward with them until we know this for sure.
While we want to help our customers, we know that starting all over with a new provider will take at least 60 to 90 days before we could have the new debit cards in place to even begin taking orders. Add to that the processing and shipping times, and we are likely looking at 120 days before anyone could even begin to start loading funds onto a new card. Not to mention the process of switching every current card-holding customer over to the new card provider. And we believe that the ownership change with the current provider will not take anywhere near that amount of time, and will result in us still being able to utilize their services.
All the above-mentioned reasons are why we have decided to stay the course with the current provider while they are going through these changes. We know this will be a major inconvenience for some of you, and we apologize for that. We just hope that you can understand that every decision we make is for the long-term future of our company, and that all of you see our decision-making in the past as a great example of this as well. The current provider has assured us that they will keep us updated on a daily basis, or as new information becomes available, and we will update all of you the day that we can move forward with all debit card activities again.
Please keep in mind that while this situation is working towards a conclusion, we still offer many other withdraw options for you to choose from.

LibertyReserve has recently contacted us, and they will no longer allow us to accept deposits into a StrictPay account from a LibertyReserve account. We will however still be allowed to let people withdraw funds from their StrictPay account into their LibertyReserve account for the time being. You can do this by clicking on the Withdraw link inside your StrictPay account, and then scroll down to the LibertyReserve option. Follow the instructions on this page and our funding department will complete that transfer for you within 24 to 48 hours.
There are a couple other situations we want to update you on as well. We currently are still trying to come to terms with our ACH provider as to whether we will be able to re-activate our ACH deposit feature, and we will update you if we see any progress. Our debit card provider is also currently doing some internal maintenance, and it appears that we will not be able to resume debit card loads until sometime early next week. We hope to be able to allow people to start requesting debit card loads early next week with the funds reaching the cards the very next business day, and we will update everyone again as soon as we know a definite time frame.
We know you have many options available to you, and we appreciate you choosing us as your payment option.

We have recently added the option to withdraw funds from your StrictPay account directly to your LibertyReserve account. The processing times are similar to a bank wire withdraw request, and the fees are reasonable as well. We also now offer three additional methods to deposit funds into your StrictPay account. You can fund your account with a cashiers check, a personal check, or a money order. A quick reminder to all StrictPay customers with a StrictPay debit card, that there will be no debit card loads on Monday January 19th, 2009. Monday is a non-business day recognized by the debit card provider due to the Martin Luther King Jr holiday, and all debit card loads will be processed on Tuesday. Any debit card loads requested prior to Tuesday morning will arrive on your cards around Tuesday evening at 6pm Pacific Standard Time. Due to this holiday, there will also be no ACH transactions on Monday January 19, 2009.
After our last site redesign, we received a lot of great feedback, so we decided to make a few more changes as well. You will not notice some of the changes, and of course others are fairly obvious. We feel very comfortable with this newest inception, and we feel that this will carry us for a long time into the future. Please take a few minutes to browse around the site to familiarize yourself with all the final changes.
And also keep in mind that if you are having trouble completing a particular task, you can always look to the Helpful Hints box at the upper right corner of the screen. Here you may find a hint as to how to complete the exact task you are undertaking, and of course you can also click on our Live Chat Support feature as well, which is now prominently displayed at the very top right side of every page.

Dear Members,
It just gives us a lot of pleasure to be sending out this update.
The 2 month Start-Up Plan is coming to an end and PAC is ready to make the transition to our Main Plan.To all new members who may be wondering what we are talking about please refer to our Home Page and the forum threads (we'll include a couple of links) to help you understand.
So here we are,
All New AdPacks as well as the ones in the system on the 19th January, Server time will convert to our main Cashout Plan which is upon expiry.
Fairly straightforward.You will continue to see your earnings in your 'Active AdPack ' Table as you have been.
There will be a difference ,Rebate Earnings will not move to Balance until the AdPack Expires.You will then be able to withdraw to your PP account or Cash Balance.
There will be 2 new Classes:
A-Class Max $7500 Fees Fees $75 per 30 Days
A1-Class Max $11,250 Fees - Fees $100 per 30 Days
Executive Level Max will now be $15,000 - fees $150 per 30 Days.
Elite Class ,will be enabled only for the members who have reserved a spot.

URGENT NOTIFICATION – MATTERS ON SUPPORT

Dear Member,
Since the last few days post holidays, things have been too uptight. The result: a major accumulation in all departments….somewhat cascading into support. We are aware of the inconvenience but as usual, we promise that your difficulties WILL be short-lived. Our support mechanism needs some overhauling and we are at it. Supplementation of staff is on the cards. We hope to clear off all backlogs by next week.
As regards the Support ticket, a few members have intimated us about a submission problem too. We are looking into it.
But DO generate support tickets like you’ve been doing. That is the ONLY way for us to keep your requests in track and tow. We are specifically DISCOURAGING emails direct to Admin, because emails ARE getting overlooked and we cannot promise to attend every email in today’s scenario. Any support ticket will NORMALLY take one BUSINESS DAY to be responded to. This can extend to TWO days at the most ( please exclude weekends , although we will try our best to accommodate ). YOUR SUPPORT TICKETS MUST, repeat, MUST BEAR YOUR PROGRAM USERNAME.
For any deposit you make with ANY existing processor, PLEASE SEND US A SUPPORT TICKET IMMEDIATELY AFTER DEPOSITING with FULL PAYMENT DETAILS, YOUR USERMNAME AND CHOSEN PLAN. This applies to all processors, including Alertpay.
So far as Moneybookers are concerned, we are hopeful of resolving the issue shortly. We will keep our Members duly informed.
