Hello Mates,
Just a quick rundown of the happenings and changes with investimates the past days.
First, I raised the maximum deposit to $2,500 , so you can now make another deposit if you have a current $1,000 (previous limit) deposit.
Then Investimates started accepting PerfectMoney. If you have not filled up your PerfectMoney account data in your profile at Investimates, then you should do it now. Login to your account and then click on the ADD PP Account and then you will see the instructions there.
Investimates is 41 days old today and it does not stop growing, with a current member base of 1,444 as of this time of writing this e-mail and over $183,300 total deposits. First it took about 30 days for Investimates to reach $100,000 deposits, and 11 days to get $83,000 new deposits. Obviously, Investimates is growing!
I can only congratulate everyone for the hardwork and dedication in promoting investimates, those who rate investimates after receiving payments, thank you for spending a little time on rating our program.

Hello Everyone,
We are finally ready to launch, well, Pre-Launch our Revenue Share Program. The Pre-Launch will be for 24 hours. Deposits will be enable tomorrow, Thursday, 16th at 9.00 am Server Time. We will be sharing 80% of all Revenues and 85% of all other Incomes. Please read this email in it's entirety.
After weeks and weeks of planning and gathering your feedback, we are ready to go!
PAC Revenue Share will be different from any other Revenue Share out there because of 3 Important Features.
1. There will be BOTH a Minimum and Maximum Cap on ROI. So Rebates will be Steady between 3% and 9% Daily.
2. Payouts will be Daily
3. No Compounding.
We also agree with many of you that there has to be a re-purchase level to stop 'Heavy Hitters' taking advantage of the system. So here it is.
You will be required to Re-Purchase at least 50% or more of your payout to earn 100% of the Rebates for the Current Day. If you don't, it's ok but you will be paid 50% of the Rebates.
Here is an example:
If your payout for today is $100, you will be required to Repurchase at least $50. At Midnight, when the Rebates have been calculated and the Rate is 9%, you will be paid 9% of your total AdPacks.
If you didn't Re-Purchase, you will be paid 4.5% of your AdPacks.
Once again, it is all very simple, thanks to our wonderful Programmer, all the Calculations are done by the Script and it's all easy and comfortable. All you have to do is make the decision.
We thank you all for your input. With the Revenue-Share Model, No Compounding and a reasonable Re-Purchase level, we have a really stable program that should last and last because we will always be paying out less than what is coming in.
Once again, we would like to thank you all for your support, this would not have been possible had it not been for the encouragement we got from the unwavering faith in many of our members. You will now reap the rewards.
Ok, this will be a brand new site, so you will all have to sign up again. We are offering 12% Refferal Commission on your downline's first deposit and 3% on all subsequent deposits. We have a 7-Day Test-Drive Period. In this period there will be 2 differences.
- The minimum will be $5, on the 24th of July it will be $50.

Surfing Legacy Update

Dear iskofer,
I will make it a habit to send a weekend update just to close out the weekend and to wish every member to have a good weekend.
Pendings are done for today. We have a good list of monitors for members to vote http://www.surfinglegacy.com/rateus.php
and a list of forums located in the members area for members to post. It would be nice if members can also make it a habit to post and vote regularly.
Surfinglegacy's 1st week online has brought in a total of $7,395 in ad pack purchases and paid out $554.75 in rebates to APP Holders. I'm very excited about this and I'm positive it will get even better.
I also wanted to explain the 50/50 cashout rule. As it stands the 50/50 rule only applies to all cashout amounts $50 or more. So if you are cashing out or have a pending amount of $49 or less then you do not have to follow the 50/50 rule.
If you have a cashout or pending that is $50 or more then before requesting for a cashout or if you have a pending that is $50 or more, then you will have to upgrade first from your payment processor with the amount of 50% or more of the amount you are cashing out. EXAMPLE- you are cashing out or you have a pending of $100. Preferrably on the same day, you should upgrade with at least $50 or more before your pending of $100 will be paid to you.
The 50/50 rule is not necessarily a bad thing for members who want to upgrade with larger amounts because members can still upgrade up to $700 in the 112% plan- 7% for 16 days and cashout $49 daily without having to follow the 50/50 rule since only cashout $50 and more fall within the 50/50 cashout rule. So as you can see the way we have the 50/50 rule set up it is beneficial for everyone because small upgraders and the bigger upgraders are not restricted to following the 50/50 rule at all times. The 50/50 rule should be thought of as a safety rule instead.
Yesterday, 7/10 server time Surfinglegacy was ddos attacked and some members were not able to surf for 7/10. I will credit those members on 7/12 server time.
I want all of us to be realistic about ddos attacks. The reality is ddos attacks will happen and there's no going around that especially when a program starts to really get popular. The good news is our hosting is very good at responding and keeping me updated so that's a plus on our side. I know that sometimes the suspense affects us but a little patience will always go a long way and pay off.
What I've always done in the past is I find it more useful whenever something is wrong with my site, that I personally email a couple Surfinglegacy members who I know are very active and will post my updates to inform other members as I have done many times already. This way the news will spread from member to member.

Hello Mates,
How are you? PerfectMoney payment processor is now accepted at Investimates.com . This is another request by many members and I thought about it for several weeks and now finally I have decided to start accepting Perfectmoney.
Please note that I enabled this payment processor about 8 hours ago but there was a slight error so it was not working. But it is working perfectly ok right now.
Since we have a new payment processor at investimates, everyone needs to login to their accounts and add their PerfectMoney account details in their profiles.

Hello Everyone,
Just a quick update.
We are no longer accepting LR Deposits. It has now been disabled.
Our LR account was hacked via the API payment system a while ago. That is why we stopped taking it before. We were told of a few ways to avoid this and were following them but the same thing has happened today. Fortunately we have been keeping vigil and transferring the funds to secret accounts, so no damage was done. But we feel that it is no longer safe to use as we would have to spend most of our day transferring daily deposits.
LR support, of course, offers no assistance. There is a big loop hole in LR security. It is on their end as it's impossible to hack an LR account from the outside, the API details are not stored anywhere and they just don't want to do anything about it. They ignore the fact that there is an issue and try to convince you that your computer must have been compromised. If it was a trojan the hacker would just login to the account normally and transfer the funds. It would much easier than going through the API. They also would have emptied all our other accounts but none of them have an API set up to make payments.
So that closes our Chapter with LR. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. If you are an admin or use the API system, please be very careful not to keep large amounts in that account. All members who have LR AdPacks, continue surfing as normal. When your AdPacks expire, please submit a ticket and let us know which PP you want to be paid to STP, AP, SP or PM. Please give us upto 3 Business Days to pay you. As we need to do some exchanging.

Hello Mates,
Investimates is now 30 days old and we are 1 month old now and still getting stronger and bigger. Congratulations to all of us! This just marks the beginning of a new month for InvestiMates. I am excited to see the growth on our 2nd month now.
As usual, payments are being made fast and on time. Support e-mails are being responded to in just a few hours. We are all doing a great job in making sure our program is well sustained and well promoted.

Hello Mates,
This is your admin Roger Miller of Investimates sending you this e-mail to announce some updates on our program and to let you know what changes we have made to make Investimates better.
To start off the weekend, I have added what many members requested me to add since the launch of our program. You can now make deposits using your withdrawable account balance. This reduces your waiting time if you plan to reinvest your cashouts again. You do not need to wait anymore for a cashout to be processed because you can make a deposit directly from your balance. It saves you some fees too , which is a great thing.
Another thing that I have changed is the number of allowed cashouts per day. This number has been updated from 3 to 5 cashouts per day. This again has been requested by our mates. I found this actually a needed change because just imagine if you have deposits using all payment processors (we currently use 4 processors), 3 cashouts per day was really not a good number of cashouts so 5 should not add too much work for me when processing cashouts so I didn't mind making it into 5 cashouts per day.
Investimates is really growing at a good rate! We are close to having 1000 members now and we are at our 27th day of being online. With over $84,000 total deposits from the time of writing this e-mail.
During this 27 days of being online, members received their cashouts in a quick, if not, in a timely manner and I must say that I owe it to those happy with the program, that this program is succeeding.

Greetings to our Valued Customers & Clients:
We here at GNI hope your summer is progressing in a fun and joyful fashion, devoid of any mishaps but with pockets filled from your successful investing with your trusted partners here in the world of Sports Arbitrage.
While we haven't made any bold announcements of late, that is not for any of you to think that things are not happening behind the scene(s). Todd had an unfortunate mishap a few weeks back and his recovery has necessitated our delay in rolling out some long-anticipated customer service enhancements. Do not despair, these enhancements and upgrades have only been delayed, NOT canceled or terminated; not a chance!
I. The engineers of Black Lotus in Southern California have advised us of some upcoming improvements as follows:
"Service affecting network maintenance scheduled for June 30th to July 1st, 2009!
Start: 06/30/2009 17:00 U.S. Pacific
End: 07/01/2009 11:00 U.S. Pacific
Black Lotus engineers will be retrofitting the Elite/Enterprise network at Los Angeles, CA to completely migrate customers away from legacy network equipment and to install a new distribution router with additional capacity and redundancy.
During this window there is the potential for a one-time outage of 15 - 30 minutes network wide and intermittant outages throughout the window as routing and physical paths are manipulated."
The bottom line, this is all good stuff that will enable us to provide better service, better security and happy customers!!!
These scheduled times can and will be subjected to possible delays and or schedule slips. What this means is there is the distinct potential for a one-time (or more) 15-30 minute outage spanning the entire network. Further, there is an equally distinct possibility of local, intermittent outages as routing and physical paths are manipulated to ensure optimum usability network-wide.
We encourage those of you who remain in contact with their uplines/downlines to pass the word, thus avoiding the anticipated "panic" that will invariably engross those newer members who are not aware of our steadfast committment to remain the most trusted on-line program that ever existed on the World Wide Web.
II. Some of you continue to swim in frustration over the inaccessability of being able to login to your GNI back office. Some common obstacles consist of the following:
a. PROPER EMAIL REGISTRATION. You need to register a Google (Gmail) email with us. Those of you who registered with Safe-mail, SBC, Cox, Verizon, Comcast, AOL, Yahoo, Juno so-on and so-forth need to obtain a Google, email address, send it to Todd via Ticket who will change this in the system.
NOTE: For those of you who have a significant investment, Todd WILL be asking for verification information such as an address. Those of you who have registered with nothing but a first name, are not giving him much to use for verification purposes. It is suggested less attention be paid to your referral issues and more attention be given to your own account to avoid the hassle(s) and potential loss of investment due to your willful neglect of complete registration information.
b. PROPER LOADING OF THE PIN CODE. Todd receives an awful lot of tickets from plan participants who indicate they have input eight or nine PIN codes "and it still is not accepting it...."
The procedure which ensures you are inputting a valid PIN code is quite simple. All that is required is for you, the user to ensure the GNI Browser page which calls for an updated PIN code remains open while you open your Gmail to obtain the PIN code. That's it!
Should you properly get to the point where your GNI browser asks for the pin code but you close out the page or you arrow back to get to your email or anything similar to this, you will render the PIN code stale and it won't work.
To clarify, once the GNI browser page asks for a one-time PIN Code, keep that window (page) open, open a new page to access your email to obtain the PIN code, cut and paste the PIN code and enter it into the box and you should be good to go.
c. Some of you, regardless of your actions and efforts, cannot successfully enter their account. In a situation such as this, you have sent multiple tickets, changed your email(s), communicated to us the roadblocks you face; we will do our best to accomodate you and prepare appropriate refunds.
In the event you are making this request inside your thirty day lockin period, do not anticipate any refund until such time your lockin period has expired.
III. REAL-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Phone (Skype) Support is forthcoming. The number has been secured (and you're going to like it); couple weeks time
IV. OUR OWN, PRIVATE FORUM. The skeleton has been installed and is being modified to accomodate the needs of the GNI Global community. We're going to try to accomodate those of you whose first language is NOT English, are not as technically knowledgeable or whose investment literacy is a bit less than others, all in the spirit of an enhanced GNI experience. It will be moderated by members with on-going support by GNI admin.
All of this, baring any unforseen "mishaps" will be up and running, certainly before the end of July, probably much sooner.

Dear iskofer,
Today marks the real beginning for EarnerSurfer! We have been online now for 1 complete cycle and have got a lot done. I have started the payouts and most of which whom were paid posted in the forums. Thanks a lot everyone. We now have a bright future and with our members support can go a long way.
As of now all payouts have been processed and the sites in the rotator waiting approval have been enabled or disabled depending on if it’s a framebreaker. Also all is strong; it is an awesome feeling to know it everything is going just as planned and our goal of becoming a stable long term is happening. Last thing to report on today is the maximum deposit limit has been raised to $3000 from $2500. We have now quite a few maximum deposits and I feel we can now handle to raise the limit to $3000. We have some news for you today.
Monitors
We have added a new page where a few more monitors are listed.
There's a new tab in the header's menu, called Monitors, on the right side of the bar. If you have some free time, just vote as much as you can, as surfers are closer to some monitors than others.
In this way, you will allow Surfing-4-Roi to reach a more vast amount of new people.
Banners and Landing Page
We have added a few more banners and the winners banners too (just click on the more banner link in Invitation Tools).
We really don't know if the new landing page helped us, but as a matter of fact registrations increased during the last days.
So keep on submitting your personal landing page into all surfs you are in.
Improved Paid To Post Proofs feature
From today, proofs relative to deposits that are paid upon expiration, are rewarded with $1,40.
So, to sum up...
$0,08/each proof if is relative to a first deposit or a special deposit (up to 72 proofs per deposit);
$1,40/each proof if is relative to a normal deposit that is paid upon expiration (up to 4 proofs per deposit);
Credits
From now, 20 credits will be added to your account for every dollar you will deposit.
So, for example, if you deposit $100,00 you will receive 2000 credits to allocate to your websites.
In the meantime, you have now 5000 credits, so that you may immediately use them. A special reward to thank you for your kind support...
Surfing Time
Our Surf Rotator System has been set to 15 seconds. So it will take less time to get your daily compensation and you will be able to view more websites during your surfing session.
In the next few days we will also add a new page, where you will be able to see a full list of all sites that are currently in rotation.
Survey Campaigns
Since 2-3 weeks we started a sort of e-mail marketing, directing our attention to hit-n-runners, members that did not start a cycle, asking them some simple questions.
How was their experience in Surfing-4-Roi, why did they not have more confidence to start a new cycle, what didn't they like and some more... We thought this would be the only ways to understand the reasons and thereby act to prevent new hit-n-runners.

Hello Everyone,
We hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
Ok, we spent the last few days doing an audit of LR refunds. The confusion was that the script picked up on old LR Deposits prior to Feb 18th. Most of these deposits were infact fully paid to other PPs. So some members had LR Refunds showing in their back office when they were not owed one.
All is sorted out now. Please give us a few days and the Refunds owed will be posted in your back office. And you will be paid. We will now close all the tickets on this issue.
Well we had our hands full sorting out the LR issue and we fell behind with other refunds and promo winners but we are getting caught up this week. AP and SP Refunds should be done by tomorrow.
Ok, we will now ask all members to kindly refrain from posting on forums and/or sending us emails demanding Refunds. We have been tolerating all these demands but it stops now. May we remind you that we had a No-Refund Policy. We are doing all this because we genuinely want all members to make good on their loss. The amount of work invloved is tremendous.
And on top of it we have to answer PMs, posts and tickets with the same questions over and over again. We truly appreciate the polite tone from many of you but there are many others who are demanding and unappreciative. We are not going to threaten you that we will stop the refunds. Every single member will be paid but we are also making exceptions. We are drawing the line at Obscenities. Member ID 3231 has been deleted and his $100 Refund cancelled. We will NOT tolerate obscenities.
And those who insist on demanding and accussing, we have a way to deal with this. We will simply not reply to your posts and PMs and your tickets will be deleted without a reply.
For those who want to move forward with us, we have a lot in store for you. Thank you. We will grow our success together.

TDD members, this is Ej, the co admin of TDD.
I want to inform you all of what will happen with TDD in coming days. This are actually the conclusion of the conference held yesterday. I will go direct to the point as i hate beating around the bush. I still have a lot of work to do.
First, TDD will not close down and we will not go anywhere. We do not have any plans to open new program as well just to support TDD.
Second, the reason why we stopped paying is not because we will run with your money and just buying time to transfer funds from TDD accounts to our personal accounts like what one blog said. The real reason is the funds TDD have as of now is not enough to pay all members of TDD who have pending withdrawals and members who will have expired upgrades for the coming days. And we do not want to just pay portion of members and not the last members to request withdrawals.
Why we reached this stage?
Because of a mistake i made. I am the one handling plans for TDD and it was a huge mistake for us to add the 12x12 Classic Plan. I thought that it will be warmly welcomed by members because it was the most popular plan in the Autosurf industry. However for the 10 days it was offered, only about 2-3% of the total members TDD have bought Adpacks in the 12x12 Plan. So this had a huge impact and affected even the profits we made from the 3 Stage Cycler which was allocated for giving out freebies for members and for pushing the 3SC when there are slow times. That is why i am now doing my best to make things right.
So what will happen to TDD?
TDD will stop all the Autosurf/HYIP Plans we are offering except of the Digger 3 Stage Cycler Plan. In the coming days we will revamp TDD and we will shift into a revenue sharing program with the concept adopted from the well known Ad-ventures4u and Payitforwardtraffic. 3 Stage Cycler and the Teambuild for Iggly Biggly will remain as in. They will be added still as additional features of TDD and source of income for TDD members.
What about the pending payments?
Please be advised that TDD have a NO REFUND POLICY and you purchased an Adpack. Each Adpack gives you 200 Ad credits to be used for advertising your programs with us and these Ad credits were AUTOMATICALLY added in your accounts upon payment. You also agreed that ALL transactions are FINAL and NO REFUND will be given at ANYTIME. So we will stick with that rule.
Accounts of the Digger/Upgraded members will be transferred into the new TDD script for Revenue Sharing. Those who have pending withdrawals, the amount you have in pending will be the amount you will start with the new TDD. This only applies for upgrades you have in the Surf and Non surf Plans. Also if you are thinking of your Digger/Upgraded referrals, we will add them under you in the new TDD so you will not lose them.
Now Digger/Upgraded members who will not cooperate and does not want to move on with TDD into the new TDD, we have no choice but to implement the rule mentioned above. It will be an ALL IN or ALL OUT.
Watcher/Free members of TDD will be given an option to join the new TDD or not. If you still want to be with us, then all you have to do is to sign up with the new TDD.
This changes will be started as soon as possible. We have already acquired a script to be used in the new TDD and we will make all the necessary tweaking and changes to make all things said above achieved. We will try to incorporate the 3SC and Teambuild of Iggly Biggly into the script as well so members of all the features of TDD will have to sign in with only one account. Updates will be given everytime we made an improvement.

I just have some quick news to keep you up to date on a few things.

We are happy to announce that the initial shipment of debit cards are in, and we are ready to ship them out to customers with current StrictPay debit cards, as well as customers with orders already placed. The initial order we placed was very large, so we are also ready for all upcoming orders, but we need to be sure the new debit card provider has current and accurate information for security reasons. We expect cards to be arriving in the hands of our customers within 7 to 10 business days from the day you do the following:
1 - If you already have an existing StrictPay Visa debit card, we need you to login to your StrictPay account, and you will be prompted to re-enter the order to insure that we have the correct mailing address, as well as a few other pieces of information that the new debit card provider needs (telephone number, mothers maiden name, and gender). We were going to just ship all existing cardholders the new debit cards, but we do not want to take the chance that you do not receive them. If you wish to have your card replaced with the new replacement debit card at no cost (except for whichever shipping option you choose), we need you to follow the instructions that you are given the next time you login to your StrictPay account.
