Hi guys,
Incase some of you didnt notice (you must be blind if you didnt :P) we have had a little bandwith issue. PRS and PacForAll are on the same server and they used up our monthly limit. PRS, being a surf, especially drained it. We are really sorry this happened. We were so busy with other things we never even thought about bandwith. That is no excuse though and we truely are sorry.
So, we contacted our hosting last night who were going to just add some extra bandwith but then informed us at the rate we were going we would out grow it quickly. They suggested we get a dedicated server and we agreed.
But after a long discussion with them tonight to find out how things were going I found out that this could take longer than the normal 24-48 hours. They only do managed private servers that are ordered to suit your needs. Obviously this was no good, so we came to a compromise and they have given us our own special plan with a super high bandwith limit.
Some of you may be wondering why we weren't on a dedicated server already. It is because we are hosted with an anti DDOS specialists and they offer their services on shared hosting. If we do end up buying a dedicated server with them it will be a lot more work for them to keep us as well protected and a huge expense for us too. But I am sure we will need it at some point.
Ok now back to work. :P

Dear Member,
Sometimes i feel that addressing you with the very word 'member' is more like undermining the value that you have added to my program Bestinv.com. As a matter of fact its because of each one of you that Bestinv.com has come this far and galloping on steadily.
What started on 28th June'09 by a group of 4 has now shaped up as a team of 10000 strong soldiers who are helping the Bestinv empire grow. My members are the heroes and i can never explain what their contribution has been ever since inception.
I have a plan and purpose behind my program. My intention is not to gain short term popularity and then disappear with everybody's money, as what has been happening in the HYIP world every now and then.
My plan is to make BESTINV the best and ever lasting program in the history of internet. My purpose is to give strength and confidence to every member who wants to grow his/her funds with us.
Trust me, sustainibility is the biggest challenge of any investment program, and TIME is the biggest enemy that these programs fight with.
I am neither fighting with time or sustainibility, cos i dont have to worry about it when i have a strong army of 10000 heroes along with me. We are good and thats why he have touched 10000 and we will go on to touch 100000 one day, from my heart and soul i strongly feel that it will happen. When my member base was 100 , it seemed 10000 was a distant dream, but hey i dreamt and made it happen. If you dont dream how can you desire. My dream is strong and alive and my desire is enormous, and my effort is mightier than anything else. In a nutshell, i know my program will touch many lives, many places ane emerge as the fornt runner.
Several programs will EMERGE and FALL, and investors will go heartbroken and furstrated, thats how the scenario is like....right? Bestinv doesnot believe in that, we have a strong backup fund to meet all contingencies, like i said, if you dont plan , you can bever deliver.
I need your confidence, i need your trust, and you will get the best out of Bestinv.
A group of investors will always criticise the structure of our program, there will be groups who would just love to use the word ' scammer' on any damn program they come across, yes i agree that HYIP world is like stepping into murky waters, but its you who has to tread wisely. No one is going to teach you that.
Its a coincident that bestinv has come across like minded, confident members who wants to support this program to, to the best of their capacity, till eternity.
Many investors think that programs that offer high ROI(return on investment) does not last long, well they are right to a great extent. Dear Mates,
It is with sadness that I send this message to you but to prevent further damage and losses to members, I have decided to close the website.
Refunds / Withdrawals have been sent. Those that I was able to do.
Alertpay withdrawals that I was able to process were processed and funds have been drained now.
Solidtrustpay funds have also been drained by paying out the withdrawals pending and the latest deposits made that I was capable of doing so.
Strictpay funds were also drained with the refunds on the new deposits made and withdrawals that were pending that I was able to payout.
PerfectMoney withdrawals were paid and the newest deposits were paid until all funds were drained.
LibertyReserve refunds were issued for the newest deposits, that I was able to refund and the withdrawals that I was able to payout.
The total funds that were refunded / paidout until all funds were drained were approximately $73,000+ . A bigger portion of this amount were in LibertyReserve. I hope you see my intentions are for the good here.
As I mentioned before, each new days should be better than the previous day. but it wasnt the case. Funds were just enough or lower than the previous days. And the past week was not very good. The withdrawal ratio raised rapidly. Could be caused by STP downtime, AP, LR, PM, SP lacking of new incoming. Withdrawals were big and major deposits expired yesterday and today.
Whatever your reaction here is, you knew the risks and I just minimized the damage by deciding like this. I hope you understand. I am sure many will not understand and demand refunds or payments but as I said before, I am not investing the money and no new money were produced or created with the deposits made.
Anyway, that is all. Hate it or love it, I am here to stay and will always be.

Hello Mates,
Hello everyone. I am processing payouts now but we may have a problem with Alertpay and Solidtrustpay funds.
Due to the instability of these payment processors, the funds seem to be not enough to process the withdrawals that are pending now for those 2 payment processors. While it is currently not a problem with Perfectmoney, Strictpay & LibertyReserve, it was really a very slow flow for STP and AP.
It is truly because of the up and down trend of the STP website and with AP it is just because of the natural lack of incoming from this processor. LibertyReserve, Strictpay & Perfectmoney funds are not enormously great but enough to sustain the payouts, and could go on for a longer time too with what I can see.
Everyone knows how much I want to make Investimates last for a very long time and how much work i have put into it. For 77 days, I have been working straight, everyday enthusiastically. With problems arising I did not fold up because I trusted that we will overcome them, and yes we did overcome the trials but with this one problem we have now that is very crucial, I thought that it could mean the natural death of the program already.
Now I am torn between 3 options:
1. Close deposits and let funds be drained?
2. Carry on and just pay Alertpay / Solidtrustpay funds as funds come in?
3. Or just do what other admins do best? (joke) :P
Despite this problem we are facing, I am still expecting that everyone will support me. We need to discuss these things, from the very start, i told everyone that I will always be upfront about everything and here I am, doing what I told you I would.

Hello Mates,
I am bringing you this good news that we have now broken the $1,000,000 mark in total deposits today! And we currently have 3,570+ members in our program. This is a good thing that we have achieved this on our 75th day of being online.
Because of this achievement, as planned, the maximum deposit for each plan has been raised to $5,000. So this means, you can now have $10,000 active deposits total. $5,000 on the 10% plan and $5,000 on the 144% plan.
Banners have also been updated with the new max deposit increase. No need to update your banners if you have them linked from the website because I just replaced the ones on the server with the updated ones.
With this achievement, comes a greater responsibility for everyone, and this is the fact that we should all work harder. As mentioned in the previous newsletter, we need to grow bigger for each day that comes and we really must do that.

Hello members! This is the first newsletter of 12DailyInv, to those who already know us, thank you for supporting us again in this new venture, be sure you won't regret. For those who still don't know us, I am Jeffrey Wilson, administrator of this program. I work with Mike, co-administrator and assistant for customer support.
For beginning let's start with our stats so far. Let me tell you briefly, they are very good, and what is better, completely real. Hello Everyone,
What a week we have passed through!
STP being down has had an effect on Rebates as it is one of the two main Processors. 85% of AdPacks are from AlertPay and STP. The split between the two PPs is almost exactly 50%. STP downtime, was unexpected. Things happen , no matter how well we plan ahead. It is how we react that is more important. With that said, it's time to move forward !
Ok- here are a few notes
STP messed up today's payouts. Other Programs were affected too. We are waiting for them to fix the issue.
- Our Support Desk is not working. When you submit a ticket, it seems like you have successfully submitted a ticket but we don't receive it. At least most of them.Please submit a ticket to premiumadsclub@googlemail.com
- Looks like Ref Comm are not being resistered- we have asked the Programmer to check. Please be patient.

Dear Members,
We have stepped into a new phase now, our reputation and popularity has spread accross the globe. Member size is growing at a rapid pace, soon we will cross the 10k mark.
I am very happy and proud to have members like you without which BEstINV.com could never be successful. There was a time when i used to think that among several investment programs out there, how could we possibly stand out!!, yes i had my fears and worries, but i never looked back. Thats the whole idea, just DONT GIVE UP on anything that you plan to achieve. Could be a interview, an exam, a test of some sort, a race, a match, a sport or anything...just dont give up on what you start.
I truly and completely believe in the saying " Winners dont quit and QUITTERS dont win". I never in my dreams would ever think of quitting from my dream, and my dream is to make BESTINV the worlds best and longest running investment program. And guess what, i know i will do it.
If i have this igniting spirit in me to conquer steep challenges, even you can have similar ferocity and aggression to overcome the toughest of challenges in your lives.

Hello Mates,
It's been a while since my last e-mail update so here I am again, updating you about the current events on Investimates. First thing I should tell you is that Investimates has once again reached another milestone in it's life, we just broke the $750,000 mark and total members has reached 3,144 from the time I am writing this e-mail. Yipeeee... this is a reason why everyone should be happy to be part of Investimates.com .
Another reason why I sent this e-mail is to let you know (if you still don't know) that Solidtrustpay has been down for 3 days now, if I am not mistaken. So therefore, I am unable to process the withdrawals that are pending for Solidtrustpay. But once STP is back up, I will process those withdrawals in a fast manner as possible. For now, if you want, you cant redeposit your Solidtrustpay balance if you were planning to withdraw them. This way you can also earn some profit while waiting.
Another issue, I want to talk about is that, there are fake votes being posted on the monitors about investimates. We all know that these are fake because we do not have any problems with our program here and only those who are not happy to see investimates growing, will have the reason to post fake negative ratings on the monitors for our program. So please ignore them or better yet, rate investimates to burry those fake ratings.
Oh before forget this one, do you think we should raise the maximum deposit to $5,000 for each plan now? Some members are requesting this from me. What do you think? Let me know, by emailing me, use the contact form for this.

Hello Everyone,
We are pleased to inform you all that we will be once again accepting LR for both PAC and PRS. This is a dynamic industry and we have to be flexible and make allowances for the good of all.
LR Funds are only at risk when API is enabled. We have our solution- we will keep the API disabled at all times except when we are making payouts.
LR is one of the main Processors and we will not be doing our Programs full justice if we keep boycotting LR.
Especially in the case of PRS- where the Rebates are affected by Purchases. If one major PP is down , the rebates are negatively affected.

GNI Update
Greetings GNI Customers, Clients and Friends:
It's hard to believe the Summer (and for you Down Under - the winter) of 2009 is rapidly coming to a conclusion. We trust you all have been well and taken some well-deserved rest as we head into the Fall Season.
These past few weeks have NOT been without challenges; be forewarned, similar challenges will face us for the foreseable future. Despite the barrage of attacks, we will continue to meet our obligations to the Company Principals and Clients alike, all of whom have placed their trust in us to continue to act responsibly and in a fashion consistent with Accepted & Reasonable Business and Professional Practices.
Whenever possible, we use these practices as the minimum standards as to those guidelines which steer our business decisions. Although, and in selective circumstances, we are compelled to make unpopular decisions. when doing so, it is to ensure the health and longevity of the GNI project, not to serve our individual/ personal needs.
Having said this, I would like to make some announcements which we feel will benefit the program, increase our efficiency, show a commitment to those "on the fence" of our seriousness of running a superior program and to help offset the additional workload that comes with a proven successful project like ours:
1. New Team Member: We would like to introduce the newest member of the GNI Team, Lim Teng Aun. Lim lives in Singapore with his family and will be helping with the Customer Service activities. Lim has, thus far, done a tremendous job and we look forward to him helping with our program for many years. Please drop by our new "CS Chat" and say, "Hello" to Lim.
After suppressing the barrage of attacks in the middle of July which included DDoS, counterfeit correspondence, attempts to blackmail us (the program) and the re-routing of client deposits to rogue Liberty Reserve accounts, we launched a security audit to assess what aspects of the program had been compromised, the steps necessary to mitigate the ensuing problems and finally, evaluate any recommended changes made by outside vendors assisting us to reduce the possibility of any further or future attacks on the program.
2. New Customer Service Help Desk: Of significance was that which suggested there were penetrable vulnerabilities in our Ticket Based Customer Service Help Desk; we would be best served by disabling this module and replace it with something different. So we did. In its place, we have recently launched a Chat Desk which also serves as a means of communicating issues directly to the CS department for resolution. We are hoping this will be sufficient for the time being.
3. New Script: We are currently in the testing phase with our brand new script. From a user standpoint, this amounts to one of the most significant and beneficial change to the operational aspect of this venture. Not only is the software easier to use, it has features that will make everyone experience far more enjoyable. We're putting the finishing touches together as this letter is being read by you; which compels me to say, all newsletters, once the new software is installed, should receive the correspondence.
4. Phone Support: While the number has been purchased and the capability to start this feature is now available, it is not the appropriate time. With our new "chat" facility, new script and new Team Member, we would be (if we are not already), stretching our resources too thin. Once things have returned to a state of manageable chaos, we will implement the telephone service. When? - Its better to see how things develop before obligating ourselves.
5. This Newsletter: In our attempts to better serve our clients, we will be putting out this newsletter on a regular basis. At no point will we be going longer than once a month. It's important to keep the lines of communication wide open and members informed. Communication is a two-way street. It is our reasonable expectation that members follow the rules, respect the direction(s)/instruction(s) that we provide and understand that we do our very best to accommodate all of you in a fair and equitable manner. Please don't ask us to make an exception when it wouldn't be fair to others here at GNI.
6. Speculation: There are two matters that just won't "simmer down." One is understandable, the other is not.
A. GOING PRIVATE. It is understandable that persons which include active members as well as those who have just heard about GNI are concerned that they will not be able to get their deposit level(s) up to that which they want by a certain date which we have thrown around in both the newsletter and our sponsored forum. Technology, being what it is, has cleared a significant amount of room for those who trade for and on behalf of GNI and its clients. As such, we don't anticipate a closing date prior to December 1st; a more likely time-frame will be sometime in the first quarter of 2010.
We Understand EVERYONE'S concerns. This decision, however, is made at the Administrative/Principal level to include all the partners at GNI. The date that is selected will be predicated on several factors, none of which are relevant at this time, for this newsletter. We will give all of you PLENTY of advanced notice before implementing and change of this magnitude.
B. Evidence of Trade(s). It is possible to give the community our Wagering chits. We could give thousands of them. It is equally as easy to open up fotoshop and create the same documentation. Of what benefit would it be to do either one of these activities. The point is, those who choose to believe in our program won't increase or decrease their level of investment based on some wagering chits, those who don't want to believe, won't, regardless of what we do.
So it's those who are sitting on the fence, scared and unsure, that apparently need this to feel comfortable. Well, we're in a fortunate position that we don't need their investment to expand our base. We are not encouraging or discouraging anyone from becoming clients of GNI. We ONLY want new members who believe in us, believe in what we're doing and, as demonstrated during those two weeks in July, will support us when we needed you, like we (GNI) does on a daily basis.
We trust you understand this and support our position.
7. No more V-Money. Those who maintain a balance in Vmoney are encouraged to contact Robert at "Goldnuggetinvest@Gmail.com" to exchange their their V-Money balances to any of the other accepted payment processor. V-Money have become un-exchangeable during the last couple of weeks, so we needed to drop it.
Once again, we thank you for your loyalty. It does NOT go unnoticed and makes our jobs worth all the while. We thank you for your support and ask that, upon receipt of payments, consider giving a portion to the charitable organization of your choice. This is so very important during a global recession!

Dear Members,
Phew!! Our program has already taken a Gigantic shape. What started as an ant is a huge mammoth now, and it doesn't seem to stop growing.
My heartiest thanks to all the 6600+ members for their trust and faith in us. Every minute of Bestinv is dedicated towards providing the best of service to them.
We intend to stay there for a long time, and we have everything our arsenal to make sure that happens.
With the increase in the size of the member base, my job has become more demanding than ever. Like i said, i spend almost 18-20 hours a day online to ensure smooth functioning of Bestinv. The idea is simple, HARD WORK GIVES GOOD FRUIT. I know that the efforts i inject today will result in bestinv becoming the best program in the internet history. Its a promising statement, and i know i will make it possible. WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY.
oK, Its time for some announcements, kindly pay attention to the points below:
a) STP (Solid Trust Pay) is having certain issues, their website is not accessible. Therefore all requests pertaining to STP is on hold for now. The STP site issue is expected to resolve soon, following which we will execute every request in a systematic fashion.

Look friends, i am working day in and day out to HELP YOU ONLY. Treat this program seriously and let your funds grow to help you in the long run. Its a simple BARTER POLICY i have applied here, YOU GIVE YOUR TRUST AND I GIVE MY SERVICE. Nothing else matters.
There could be times when our website would be slow or some minor glitches might appear here and there, just dont get all psyched up, sit back and wait for a while for us to get back on track. I dont want people screaming " OH MY GOD, THEY RAN AWAY WITH MY MONEY" ... lol.

Dear iskofer,
This update affects STP and Strictpay upgrades.
The group of investors that I was in offline has deceided
to sell all of our assets.The nature of our business has been
hurt because of the real estate bubble and the income that
was once being generated is no longer attainable,and the
income that is being generated now is not enough for all of
the investors to earn a decent profit.I was informed last night
that there is a buyer but due to the nature of the sale it could
take at least 30 days.It was also deceided that the group would
be paying a portion of the closing cost, and earnings that were
generated for last month, would be used for that purpose.
I was also in an offline Forex Group which some of you may
have been in also.That I had planned as a backup in case something like this were to happen, but the administer of that group has deceided not to continue and we are waiting for final distribution of those funds.
I have closed the signup page and removed STP and SP.
As funds come in from other sources I will be making payouts.
First priorty will be new members that have recently joined
and then members not in profit.
Liberty Reserve was on a different earning platform so LR
upgrades are not affected,because of the script, I need to move things around so those upgrades will still earn,and will take a day or so.

Hello mates,
As our program grows, the demand to raise the maximum deposit has been the content of many e-mails I receive from many members daily. With the growth of the program, I also think that the current maximum deposit of $2,500 is not enough for the majority of members in Investimates. So with this demand. I am raising the maximum total active deposit per plan to $3,500. I hope this meets the needs of the many members we have at investimates. It is not that high and it is not low either so we can live with that for now.
Another update is with the banners. Of course with the max deposit information included on our 468x60 and 728x90 banners, these banners have been updated also. Visit the Banners page when you login to your investimates account to see 2 new banners also. Two (2) new designs, a 468x60 banner and a 728x90 banner, have also been added to the banner collection.

Dear iskofer,
since many of you are certainly expecting impatiently the relaunch of our site we want to inform you about the current situation:
The good news first:
All accounts have been successfully transferred into the new script.
We had to change our nameservers recently and had to deactivate the redirect of our site to the maintenance site for several times to to set up the new parameter.
Unfortunately some users took the opportunity to login to their accounts and processed several operations, such as surfing, editing account data and so on.
To make sure that all accounts are correct when we relaunch the site again, we have to check all accounts again!
We understand that you are impatient but you have also been informed that we will send out a newsletter when we are ready.
Since we need to check each and every account now again to cancel those operations, we regret to have to tell you, that the relaunch will be delayed for some more days.
We will send out a newsletter, when you can start to surf again - please DO NOT LOGIN until you have received that newsletter !

Die gute Nachricht zuerst:
Alle Accounts konnten erfolgreich in das neue Skript übertragen werden.
Vor ein paar Tagen mussten wir allerdings einen Serverwechsel vornehmen und dazu war es erforderlich, dass wir die Weiterleitung unserer Startseite zur Wartungsseite mehrmals kurz deaktivieren mussten.
Diese kurzen Augenblicke nutzten etliche User um sich einzuloggen und diverse Operationen auszuführen, so wurde unter anderem gesurft, Seiten neu eingestellt und Account-Daten geändert.
Um die Richtigkeit aller Accountdaten beim Neustart zu gewährleisten, müssen wir daher leider nun alle Accounts nochmals kontrollieren und ggf. diese wieder auf den Originalstand zurück setzen. Das wird leider unseren Neustart um einige Tage verzögern.
Daher nochmals unsere Bitte:
BITTE NICHT EINLOGGEN, bevor wir nicht ausdrücklich dazu auffordern.
Wir verstehen eure Ungeduld aber durch diese Aktionen haben die User, die meinten, sich nun schon mal einen Vorsprung zu sichern, allen eine weitere Verzögerung beschert!
