WinningSurfTeam Update

Dear iskofer,
I feel like such a dork for this but I forgot to disable the Alertpay test upgrade mode.
Members who upgraded with Alertpay did not actually send funds to winningsurfteam's Alertpay account since it was still in Test mode.
Please log into your Winningsurfteam account and check your Upgrade History and your AP account and you will see that funds never left your AP account and was never sent to winningsurfteam AP account since it was still in test mode.
The easiest way to fix this is if you upgraded with Alertpay you will have to manually send the same amount you upgraded with in WinningSurfTeam to winningsurfteam@yahoo.com
I repeat, if you upgraded with Alertpay please manually send the same amount you upgraded with to winningsurfteam@yahoo.com
I have already disabled Alertpay's test mode so any Alertpay upgraded made from now on should transact properly.

(2.) SeekBad got professional help

As most of you know, we did develop a tool called seekBad, which detects suspicious member account activities in an almost fully automated way. Now, seekBad got it's daily 'helping hand'.
An additional analysis tool runs through the data produced by seekBad to help humans (well thats us) to identify fraudsters who open and operate more then 1 member acocunt.
We identify daily in average 2-3 new fraudsters. They try to open new accounts referring them self to gain extra referral commission.
That is considered as cheating on our whole community. We won't accept that anyone steals our members money.
Fraudsters member accounts are getting suspended. Initial money is returned minus a handling fee of 30%. Of course, no earnings / referral commissions or bonusses are being paid.
Zero Tolerance Policy.
(3.) Increased withdrawal ( cash out ) speed

A direct result of (1) and (2) is a faster speed in processing withdrawal requests. We still do guarantee a max. withdrawal processing time of less then 24 hours.
However, the average processing time could be decreased to around 5 min - 240 minutes.

I'm back after a very nice weekend, thanks for your support during these days. Now we have 848 members and this number growing really fastly. We had a very busy, too many customers to attend. You really can't imagine the number of new active members ShiftMoney Inc. has got in the last days, the statistics make me think it's just starting now. Hello Everyone,
Please accept our apologies for being a little quiet. We have been extremely busy with our upcoming program which will be a powerful income stream for PRS.
And we would also like to apologise for the several bugs in the script. Unfortunately, our Programmer doesn't have a connection as he has moved, we are expecting that he will be online this week and all the issues will be fixed then.
Regarding payouts, as we have informed you in our last 2 updates, things are very tight with PRS and deposits have not picked up as yet. A few pendings are now outside terms. Please do not let this be a cause of concern as we plan to soon catch up. We have our own upcoming program and another one that we will not speak of in this update. Both should start generating enough income to cover PRS payouts.
So please bear with us as we continue to pay slowly for now. We expect to for things to be back to normal within 2-3 weeks.
We know that there may be some negativity regarding this update, but we want to assure you all that we aren't going anywhere and working very hard so that you can continue to earn from our programs for a long while.

Dear HyipSCOPE,
I am so sad saying I am forced to put MindPowerSurf ON HOLD for a month.
This is because I am temporary unable to pay the pending amounts to members and I have to focus my efforts to my HYIP and the other businesses I have online and offline to generate enough money to pay amounts in pending from MindPowerSurf.

I decided to send the newsletter a little later today and take advantage to remind you about the promotion of the week. I tried all my best to avoid this things to happened, but now is too late ........... AdRebatesPro and AdsDailyPro are dead ......... unfortunately
I saw members posted that there were money coming lately, indeed, money which was redirected for old cashout requests, trying to bring them up to date ..... almost was able but many members filled complaints on payment processors, and alertpay blocked the account, destroying my willing to pay all members, trying to bring up to date, or at least up to terms ( 2 business days ) for cashouts .......
Maybe you are asking what can be done ?
I didn't slept in the latest week, thinking what I can do to reinvigorate the programs, what can be done to put them back on track .........
What can be done?????? Nothing, without the cooperation of my members there is nothing to be done. Every members who got paid lately, simply runned away leaving the 'corpse' in the sand
Please contact forum admins to put both programs in Inactive Folders, so all possible new members to avoid joining ... is too late, nothing can be done at least I don't know
I saw other members posting bad words like i stole members funds, or i scammed .... the monitors icons are there to show the state of the program ....
I am going to remove the upgrade options, I believed that from newer funds I am able to do old cashouts, but having the accounts suspended, this hope failed ....
I got disappointed by this industry, when you try to do good things, there are hundreds who want to impediment your work ...... what I got from this?
Weeks of non-sleep , hundreds of enemies and looses ( advertising, bonuses, hosting , monitors ).
I will leave this industry with the heart-broke that instead of doing good things , for you and for me , adrebatespro simply screwed me ...... some small errors from start, which were speculated by hundreds of members simply destroyed my dreams .... and destroyed also adsdailypro.com ......

Hi guys,
Sorry you got the other update first. We know you are all anxiously waiting to hear something about the future of PRS. We were hoping some changes would have taken place by now but between us being so busy trying to set up some way to help those who feel cheated by us and our programmer having connection issues it just hasn't happened yet.
We have let him know what to do and he has said he can do the work this week. You may carry on surfing but please don't make any more withdraw requests unless you know for sure they are from Plan A only.
When the new changes come in you will be able to withdraw once a week. It can be any day you wish but only once in a 7 day period. Earnings will go back to being added once a week too.
As well as moving Plan B adpacks to Plan A, the programmer will also be checking the current pendings and any earnings from Plan B will be put back in your Cash Balance.
We wont kid you. Things are very tight right now for PRS. There has been only a trickle of deposits in over 2 weeks now. Alertpay has allowed several chargebacks and reverse payments from our account. They also have been making us wait to verify a new account for us. So until all this has been sorted out, I will be honest and say only the small pendings are being paid. We really hope to keep AP for PRS but they sure are making it difficult for us. More STP and LR pendings will be done tomorrow.
The program in the previous update came from a suggestion of one of our members. He has worked with us tirelessly for days helping us come up with the perfect plan. The single reason for his idea was to get a nice income coming in to help boost PRS. We also managed to work out a way to benefactor members who are in a loss with our other programs as well as each member making a nice amount of money.
I'm sure a lot of you are thinking.. yeah right, its just another way for them to take more of our money. We are in a damned if we do, damned if we dont situation right now. When PacForAll died we got a ton of requests to do something. To start again or a new surf. Then the co-op was set up to think of ideas and the pressure was on to come up with something that would show we care about our members who are suffering and those who are still supporting us here.
We honestly feel what we have worked out will really help PRS long term. We have allocated a weekly percentage that will be added to the ROI. At first we thought of running it inside PRS but we decided to keep it seperate. This way we can offer it to a much wider audience but still support PRS with it. We are trying our hardest to make everyone happy.

Hi members,
We hit our weekly target goal and I must say I really like the direction this program is going in. Do not let the weekly target goal hinder you. It is only the minimum that I would like to see coming in each week but work hard to go beyond what the goal is for that week. Continue to support this program by reinvesting and telling others. Always post on the forum of your choice that you have been paid each time.
I am sorry to say that 7% of the members lost in the first and second phase. The first and second phase were a much higher risk than this final phase we are in. This final phase is a much lower risk but you can still lose.
I will be modifying the deposit withholding rule since the profit rates are lower. I will let you know about that, sometime next week.
As far as the forums, I am on MMG most of the time, TalkGold rarely, and DTM almost never. I will try to change this but you can keep those threads going without me. Hula has added a sticky thread on the Collective Investments forum (thanks again Hula).
At least once a week, reread the FAQs and Terms for any updates to them. I may mention things in the forums and update letters from time to time. But it is your job to stay updated on whats going in the program by reading the terms, FAQs, and News (on the main page).

In the last hours our site had an outage, you probably noticed that for a few hours we were offline. Since yesterday we received emails with threats to our site, and today the attackers managed to bring us down. The site was target of a massive DDOS attack. We got in touch with our hosting service and the attack was successfully mitigated. We apologize for this failure, the problem only occurred because this was a coordinated action that resulted in huge attack.

Meanwhile, the attackers decided to use an extreme capacity and that's why site was taken down. Now it's back, you already can use your account and refer your friends to join us again. The question: is the site prepared for another attack? Yes, we upgraded our level of protection and requested special attention to our hosting provider, we received assurance that this problem will not happen again, the server is now using SecurePort technology by Staminus.

Ad Rebates Pro Update

Hello everyone,
Hope you are doing well. I want to give you updates on the changes we did on AdRebatesPro. I know some of you do not like changes but you should understand that changes are good when are done in order to improve the business. AdRebatesPro is an online business and is governed by business rules.
The option to buy ad shares using earnings (compounding) was turned off for the moment. A lot of members really abused it. Compounding function was added in order to help you save payment processor fees on cashout and upgrades. Instead some members simply used ALL their rebate earnings to build their ad shares portfolio.
I have to remind you that AdRebatesPro is an advertising revenue sharing program and not an investment fund so purchasing ad shares using real money is absolutely necessary.

Hi guys,
We have been doing a lot of planning for the future of PRS. As we assumed deposits have been few and far between. This is completely understandable. We need to prove ourselves again. But we also have to do what's best for the program. If things were to continue as it currently is there would be 1-2 weeks left of payments and we refuse to lose another program.
It is time to make realistic decisions. PRS as it is can't continue. Don't panic, it's not closing but it is being stripped back to what it should have been from the start. No more Plan B. All adpacks in Plan B will be moved to Plan A. If you have pendings for Plan B then please cancel them and invest them in Plan A.
PRS is going back to a pure revenue share program without any bells and whistles. No more bonuses, no more specials. You will earn from 14-21% a week. You may withdraw once a week per pay processor. The free advertising will sadly stop. Our alexa ranking is very nice and has a huge earning potential.
The changes will be made in a few days, but keep on surfing till then please. We did some more payouts tonight, I'm flying home tomorrow so I will do a bigger bunch on wednesday. Please try to have moved your Plan B pendings by then to save my little brain trying to work each one out. lol

My Market Shares Update

Dear HyipSCOPE,
Well as you all know there was a problem with the server lastnight. The hosting and support has worked hard to do what they could to restore as much as possible. Now this is a very simple fix but i need your cooperation. What i need is for the following.
1) try and log in. If your account is able to log in just sit tight.
2) If your account is not able to log in make a new account. Use SAME information you used before.
3) once new account is made open a support ticket with your old id #. and your upline if you knew. and any other important information.
4) wait for the next update.
Once the accounts are set i can go in and add the PIPS again.
You can also add your sites back in.
The good thing is that I have already finished payments and there was none pending. so this should be easy to over come. Since there are no earnings generated since Tuesday night all account earnings were at 0.00 and once all accounts are re established we can get the PIPS in and we should be good to go. Wallets will be checked after PIPS are secured. As long as there are not many un needed tickets this should be a fast process.
Please Share this with anyone who may not have received it in forums and social networks where applicable.
Lets take this as a speedbump in the road to success. We can take this as a learning tool and move on better and brighter then before.

Hi guys,
We are going no where!! Don't let the naysayers get to you. PRS is here to stay if you are willing to go on with us..
We do need to restructure it though. Things will not be easy over the coming few weeks. PFA closing is sure to have an effect on us and we just need to work through it.
As of now, the Plan B is now on hold. Please do not spend in it. Any deposits made to this plan at the moment will be returned to your Cash Balance..
Pendings from Plan A are going out shortly. Plan B pendings are on hold till we decide how we are continuing. This is only for 3-5 days to give us time to work out a business plan for the future. AP have frozen some payments we made. They did warn us this would happen when I contacted them on Tuesday. We paid out a lot to PFA members then to try to drain it before AP did. They dont do fair refunds. They do a first come gets everything type. There is still a little left in the account. If you are willing to risk taking your payout let me know. We can't accept any AP right now. They might take it to pay complaints. :(
As some of you might know, a group of PFA members got together to create a Co-Op. We spent a lot of time yesterday brain-storming ways to generate money to help those who were at a loss. We also discussed how to strengthen PRS and several great suggestions were made. PFA took all the glory while this baby just putted along quietly. Our Alexa ranking is actually better than PFA. We have a huge advertising potential here.
Over the next few days we will decide on a new structure for the future. The revenue share part will probably not be changed. But there will need to be changes to the 12x12. Some other changes too.

PTV Partner Update

We are headed for exciting days ahead.
Let’s start with some important issues for those that dislike my medium length updates (you haven’t seen the long ones yet).
StrictPay
StrictPay is going strong. This was a very good choice for our members as well as the program. Apparently it is highly favored as numbers of deposits, individual deposit amounts as well as overall totals seem to at often times beat out LR and PM combined.
GDP
GDP has been undergoing DDos attacks already. They feel they will have it under complete control shortly. It appears someone doesn’t want GDP on the scene. You can rest assured that GDP will get this under control and will arise stronger for the understanding. I cannot tell you how excited I am about this ecurrency. I firmly believe they will be a Premier Digital Currency in a very short time. You can already see the exchangers lining up to accept them. I doubt this is the usual course of action when a new Digital Currency arrives. I would imagine that it is quite the opposite with the currency doing the door knocking to obtain exchangers.
Alan at GDP assures me that they will offer superior customer service as well as all the features that their clients desire.
New Website Integration
We will be integrating the database into the new website tomorrow between the hours of 4AM GMT and 9AM GMT (OCT 9th). During this time the Database will be offline, however, the website will remain available so that you can access the chat room and forum. You will not be able to access your account, make deposits, request withdraws etc. We chose this time slot because it is the least active for our site. Our staff will be working in their ‘off’ schedule to accommodate our members to the best of their ability. We realize that most programs would not take the database offline (primarily because they don’t want to lose the deposits). We prefer to take it offline, so that we do not have to chance any conflicts with the database integrity or force ourselves to make manual entries. We will strive to be down as short a time as possible. We will be processing all withdraw requests on time as usual.
Scheduled Meeting
We have a Meeting scheduled again for Monday the 12th of October at Midnight GMT. We will once again be discussing the Primary Investment that is supporting PTV. We will also be integrating a new chat room. This new chat room allows for 100 members, provides us the ability to control the Microphone better (so people do not talk over each other), provides a browser inside the chat room for ease of customer support as well as several other features. We feel this is a good choice and would like to thank those that have highly recommended it for their suggestion.
Bank Wires / Debit Cards / Offshore Financial Center
The MNO Blog reported that, the other night in our meeting, I stated we would not be adding bank wires to the deposit options. I wanted to clarify my comment. We will not be attaching a traditional bank to PTV. However, as previously stated, we will be adding an Offshore Financial Center to our program in the near future. This will provide a means whereby we will be able to accept Bank Wires and Euro participation. The service we are looking at offers no fee account to account transfers, Credit Cards, Debit cards, Offshore entity structuring and an array of other services and lower fees than StrictPay. Our Goal is to make this option available sometime in November. We are quite certain that you will be pleased with their service, the security, the fee structure and ease in which their more traditional PT platform is operated. This discretionary entity will be a good introduction for you to the world of the PT.
Proof of Funds
Lastly for today, we are working on a way to provide for you a transparent Investment Entity without jeopardizing any of our projects or subjecting our relationships to undue scrutiny or harassment. We will begin the process of creating an entity that can be displayed, with proven assets capable of providing for the PTV Partner Guarantee and Returns. This will not happen overnight, but it will happen. Those of you that need the transparency to ease your anxiety shall have it. Please be patient as it takes time to be secure in all aspects. PAC for ALL Update

Boy, I don't know how to do this..
First off, thank you KarenL for being so helpful. Without you, EL and I would have gone insane!!
I'm sure you have all guessed or feared this by now but PACForAll as it currently is will have to close it’s doors. There are many variables leading to this, but the result is that there just isn’t enough money coming in to cover money going out any more. We have added some of our external income to keep things moving ahead, but without a continuous flow of funds coming in it has not been possible to keep up.
The deposits decreased by 60-70% almost over night, when we introduced the new payment terms. We know that when changing payment terms there will be a decrease until the new cycle is in place. However with all the negative posts on the forums and no payments being made for a few days, this decrease seems to have escalated beyond what is manageable. We tried to put some spark back in with incentives and advertising, but the response was nowhere near what was needed to stay afloat.
You might wonder, why we did not send updates on the situation or come forward on the forums!? Please try and put yourself in our shoes though. We are serious about running a good program and we had dreams about PacForALL being around for a long time. We spent a lot of time and money to get it going as well as maintaining it. We, like you, did not want it to end, so we kept trying.
It is not easy to face a mob in public, with a thousand questions and only answers they don’t really want to hear and as much as we wanted to be able to step up and tell you, that things were not looking the best, we knew that if we did so, it would definitely be the end. So forgive us for hoping that it was just a phase to get through and all would be fine again. We are only humans and not super heroes.
We have paid out what was left in the accounts from PACForAll deposits and predominantly paid people who were not in profit with the oldest pendings as of today. We felt this was the most fair thing to do at this point. Now before you scream scam and hate us, please remember that PACForAll was always a game and we never pretended it to be anything else. At some point it would have to end. This is much sooner than we hoped for unfortunately. There is no point coming with excuses and no point to make any promises. PacForAll ran it’s course and that is all there is to it. We are truly sorry it did not last much longer.
We started our programs to help fellow players like ourselves. As our membership grew, so did the contacts we made. Admin of new and growing programs were contacting us to put their offers infront of you. We got to cherry pick those we felt were safer. Even to the extent of seeing proof of outside income for the last lot. Together as a group we are very strong. We were working on a new program that would use this strength to a level that could help clean up the making money online industry. It wasn't going to be a surf or a hyip but a place where we could demand only the best for ourselves. A community that worked together instead of tearing each other apart for a dollar.
Now, here is where you take a step towards your own future. Do you hate us forever and we all go our seperate ways, playing the same old games or do believe that we are geniunely upset at what has happened and still want to help make things better. It's all up to you now.
